THE LIGHT OF TRUTH: PART ONE

These words are reflections from meditations on the Light. They are questions that arose in the mind with answers from the heart.

This booklet is part of a series of reflections on the Light of Truth.

What is truth? Absolute honesty, love, God, Christ? How would you know the truth? How would anybody know? Even if we were to assume it was Christ or God, what would it be, what would that truth be that they represent? What was it that Christ tried to teach? What was that truth?

We judge everything on earth in this dimension based upon that truth: the law, requiring absolute honesty under the light of God’s truth, and a code of moral and ethical conduct. This is what the law should be in practice, internationally a representation of this truth. At least that is how it is presented. Do humans live up to the code of the law? Obviously not. And sadly, even the law itself and the people who represent it do not live up to the code. Even the judiciary has many examples of corruption within it. Even today, it is obvious to any human with eyes to see that the entire global structure is utterly corrupt, and in many definitions very possibly satanic in nature. This is the global corruption of the light of truth for humanity.

What is that light of truth? Does it take away the existential suffering of being in the world? No. The existential reality of form, by nature, suffers degradation. There is birth, growth, and eventual demise of all physical formations. They are like waves on an ocean. They arise and they pass away. All things born of the light must return to the light. All waves are never separate from the ocean. That ocean of light we call love, the fundamental source of all creation. It gives birth to all life, which is what we feel in the heart, the pulse of this source of creation, the pulse we witness in all life.

This is truth. It is this pulse and the emotional, mental qualities associated with its transcendental bliss, that are behind the manifestation of all beings and all phenomena. All other truths, honesty and the law of manifestation, are reflections of this one truth.

Death and the Judgment of the Soul

What happens to the soul at death? Is it admitted to heaven, the field of light, what the Buddhists call nirvana? Every religion on earth in its own way associates this field with God or the source of creation.

There is no way of avoiding physical demise. The question is, at that point, how much do you really know love? Have you given love? Have you honored love? Have you lived your life in a loving way? It is all in the heart: the entire reflection of truth, the entire story of the soul. It is beyond the ego ideas of self, a true reflection of the self to the soul.

What is this true reflection at death? It is the light of truth and love, the force behind all creation, and the reflection of one’s actions in one’s present life. The truth of this reflection is one’s karma. It is the result of the actions of one’s life, and it is the momentum behind the stream of consciousness that is the light, which manifests again within form according to the universal law behind the manifestation of all beings.
